Beauty and the Beast 3D Review
Beauty and the Beast 3D (2012)
Disney is not just an entertainment company. It is a childhood stable that is in the hearts of almost everyone. They have created many timeless fairytales and fables that I still enjoy. One of these movies is Beauty and the Beast.
I have memories of seeing this movie when I was only three. That is how much of an impact it has had on my childhood. Creating a great memory. You can tell I was excited to revisit this film on the big screen. With the addition of 3D, I had a lot of anticipation. Luckily, there was no disappointment.
Beauty and the Beast follows the classic French fairy tale about a girl that enters the world of the beast, who is a prince on the inside. Everyone knows this story, and Disney has my favorite version. When I saw the movie as a child, the great characters, big atmosphere, and never failing story flow already thrilled me. Plus with very catchy songs, I’ve never had a problem. Seeing it again proves flawless. Disney has gone out of the way to clean up the movie, giving it a high definition transfer that makes things better then ever. The colors are brighter, the sound is more fluid, everything about this movie is absolutely gorgeous. The plus of 3D adds a new layer that I could not have imagined.
I’m already an advocate of 3D, and I was curious to see how this would look. The 3D version is absolutely necessary in theaters, as you’ve never seen anything like this before. The ballroom sequence has never felt more real and Be Our Guest has never been more fun.
As an adult, Beauty and the Beast has only gotten better. A new generation now has the chance to fall in love the way I did once before.
5 Enchanted Roses.
An Absolute Must See!
